This has often gone through my mind since my sons' death. Especially after he first died. Some of my answers for me are: by helping others live, by one second at a time, because my family needs me, because God says it's not my time so I must go on and so much more.

I have found music that use to really set me in pain is now healing, however, some music still gives me great pain when it comes across the radio. If you have lyrics, that would also be helpful, sometimes the words are better than the music itself.
